Service Use
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Laundry Handling
We treat all garments with professional care and attention. However, Alsafwa Laundry Makkah is not liable for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, fabric weakness, manufacturer defects, or issues resulting from inaccurate care labels.
Customers must inform us in advance about delicate fabrics or items requiring special treatment at the time of pickup.
Separate Washing
Each customer’s laundry is processed separately to maintain hygiene standards. Ihram garments and sensitive items are washed individually using fragrance-free detergents.
While we apply professional stain-removal methods, complete removal of all stains cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery schedules may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, and order volume. Customers will be notified of any delays.
Customers are expected to be available at the agreed pickup or delivery time. Missed appointments may require rescheduling or incur additional service charges.
Laundry Weight and Pricing
Laundry items are weighed after collection. Final pricing is determined by the actual weight and selected service type.
By confirming the order, the customer agrees to the final quoted price.
Lost or Missing Items
We take reasonable precautions to ensure all items are properly tracked and returned. Any missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If compensation is deemed appropriate, it will not exceed three times the service charge of the affected item.
Payments
Payment must be completed through the agreed method at the time of service. Alsafwa Laundry Makkah does not store or process sensitive card or banking details on its servers.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are encouraged to check their items upon delivery.
By using our service, you confirm that your laundry does not include money, valuables, or hazardous materials.

By contacting us through WhatsApp or phone, you agree to receive messages related to order confirmation, pickup and delivery updates, weight notifications, and customer support.
Service Refusal
Alsafwa Laundry Makkah reserves the right to decline service in cases of misuse, inappropriate conduct, or unsafe working conditions.
